Fine mesh PU panels for iron ore (0.1–0.5mm) deliver consistent separation of concentrate from tailings, with a tolerance of ±0.01mm that ensures grade purity. The panels' orange color aids in quick visual checks, while the steel-reinforced edges prevent fraying—even with abrasive iron particles. Their anti-blinding design maintains efficiency with clay-rich ores, reducing cleaning stops.

In wet sieving, these panels last 8x longer than woven wire, with a service life of 8–12 months in continuous operation. They're compatible with most vibrating screens, featuring a quick-fit system that cuts installation time to 10 minutes. The panels' high wear resistance (Akron abrasion loss ≤0.06cm³/1.61km) ensures long-term performance in iron mines.
