Stainless steel wire mesh is a durable and precise material widely used for filtration, screening, sieving, drying and protection in industrial environments.
We provide woven stainless steel mesh, stainless steel mesh sieve, stainless steel filter mesh, and stainless steel wire mesh net in plain weave, twill weave, and dutch weave woven types.

Available materials include 304, 316, 316L, 430, 310S, 2205, 2507 and 904L, covering a full range of openings from coarse meshes to fine filtration grades, including 1 mm stainless steel wire mesh, various micron-rated stainless steel mesh (120–355 microns), and high mesh counts up to mesh 400 in plain weave.

304, 316, and 316L are the most commonly used grades for woven mesh.
They are suitable for a wide range of mesh counts—from coarse mesh #10–#80 used in general screening, to medium-fine mesh #100–#300 used in liquid filtration and particle separation.

316 and 316L offer improved corrosion resistance, making them preferred for food processing, chemical liquids, and outdoor environments.

316L is particularly suitable for fine mesh used in precision filters, thanks to its low carbon content and stable wire-drawing performance.

Duplex stainless steels combine high mechanical strength with excellent resistance to chloride corrosion.

They perform well in medium to fine mesh ranges (typically #40–#200) where higher pressure resistance is required, such as petrochemical filtration, seawater systems, and desalination equipment.

These grades maintain structural stability even when the mesh is under continuous flow or vibration.

430 stainless steel is a ferritic, magnetic grade and cost-effective option.

It is typically used in coarse mesh specifications (#10–#50) for particle separation, general screening, protective guards and ventilation panels.

It is not recommended for corrosive environments but performs well in dry, indoor or mechanically protective applications.

310S is selected for high-temperature environments due to its excellent oxidation resistance.

It is commonly supplied in coarse to medium mesh (#10–#80) for drying trays, heating chambers, furnaces, and thermal insulation structures.

When higher temperature strength is required, thicker wire diameters and lower mesh counts are typically specified.

904L offers superior resistance to strong acids and aggressive chemicals.

It is suitable for fine filtration meshes (#100–#250) used in chemical processing, pharmaceutical equipment, and environments where standard stainless steels cannot maintain long-term corrosion stability.
