Round Hole Type Polyurethane Screen with Red Color Mesh for Cement plants
Polyurethane Screen Mesh
We offer a complete line of screening systems designed for efficient, productive separation of materials ranging in size from fine powder to primary scalping all of which are made to your specifications with apertures from 0.1mm to 250mm.
Much of our work is in the most demanding hard rock sector, where we have established an enviable performance record with the major minerals companies, and have several unique products to deal with the ever present problems of pegging and blinding including Qijie’s own “Testa Rossa” anti blinding screen and Kuper’s “Clean” range, available in all formats. We believe these are the best performing solutions available worldwide for these applications, supported by a comprehensive range of standard screens and screen accessories.
Our experience with hard rock has confirmed our view that traditional rubber is the best media for this application owing to it’s greater resistance to pegging. We use PU media where appropriate, often in wet conditions and our clients benefit from the breadth of product and experience MHP can offer.

RUBBER SCREEN MATS although having a lower opening screening area than wire screens especially on smaller apertures, offer the advantage of a much long lige and reeduce noise levels.
Manufactured from HIGH WEAR RESISTANT MATERIALS these screen mats are ideal as complete decks on larger screen boxes or as an impact section prior to a wire screen.
Available in a range of square or slotted apertures to suit all types of grading requirements.
Rubber
Manufactured from 60-65˚ Shore A highly abrasion resistant rubber in 3,4 or 5mm thickness. Rubber tension bands c/w a 400N/mm low stretch polyester fabric are bonded onto the underside in order to provide flexibility within the punched area and ensure perfect tensioning.
Polyurethane
Manufactured from a 80-90° Shore A highly abrasion resistant centrifugally cast polyurethane in 2,3,4 or 5mm thickness. Rubber tension bands c/w a 400N/mm low stretch polyester fabric are bonded onto the underside in order to provide flexibility within the punched area and ensure perfect tensioning. An additional advantage of polyurethane screen media is oil resistance combined with excellent abrasion resistance.
Rubber mats on steel frames
We supply a range of rubber mats bonded onto laser cut steel plate or pre-tensioned and bonded onto either flat iron or self supporting angle iron frames. The rubber mats are manufactured from 60-65˚ Shore A highly abrasion resistant rubber with 1 or 2 low stretch polyester fabric inserts depending upon the mat thickness. Supplied in rubber thicknesses between 3 and 60mm.
Polyurethane mats for flip-flow screen machines
We supply flip flow mats for Hein Lehmann Liwell, IFE Trisomat and Binder bivi-tec screen machines.
Mats are manufactured from a variety of high quality centrifugally cast and multi tempered polyurethanes, with excellent abrasion, tensile strength and tear growth resistance values.
