1. Stainless steel contains chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni) and other elements, forming a compact oxide film, which effectively resists the corrosion of air, water, acid and alkali, and prolongs the service life.
2. The tensile strength reaches 500-1500MPa (depending on the material and technology), and it has strong bearing capacity and is not easy to break. Smooth surface, low friction coefficient and stability after long-term use.
3. It can work stably in the environment of -200ºC to 800ºC (up to 1200ºC for some high-temperature models) without deformation or oxidation problems.
4. Soft stainless steel wire is easy to bend and weave, which is suitable for complex modeling. Hard wire can be cold-formed to meet the requirements of high-precision springs and precision parts.
