The MZP Putanka wire barrier, also known as "foot-binding wire" or "inconspicuous obstacle," is an anti-tank net designed to impede the movement of tanks, armored vehicles, and violators of the state border. Woven from high-strength, corrosion-resistantwire into rings forming a garland, it creates a ground-covering barrier when opened.
 
These obstacles hinder movement and maneuver, limit actions on signaling and control means, and provide border units with favorable conditions for blocking and detaining intruders. When a person enters, they get entangled and cannot escape withouthelp. Vehicles are immobilized as wire wraps the wheels, forming a metal mass on the chassis.
