Galvanized steel pipe is a welded steel pipe with a hot-dip or electro-galvanized layer on the surface. Galvanizing can increase the corrosion resistance of steel pipes and prolong their service life. Galvanized pipes are widely used. In addition to being used as pipeline pipes for general low-pressure fluids such as water, gas, and oil, they are also used as oil well pipes and oil pipelines in the petroleum industry, especially offshore oil fields, and oil heaters and condensation pipes for chemical coking equipment. Pipes for coolers, coal distillation washing oil exchangers, trestle piles, and support pipes for mine tunnels, etc.

Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Pipe

Hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, made by dipping carbon/welded steel pipes in molten zinc, form a dense zinc layer (≥85μm) via hot-dip plating for enhanced corrosion resistance. The zinc layer bonds firmly, suitable for humid, acid/alkaline environments or long-term outdoor use.

Types include straight seam, spiral welded, large-diameter, Q195/Q235B/Q345B, various standards (British, national, American), ERW, No. 40, heavy/thick-walled/thin-walled, and powder coating galvanizing.

Specs: DN15 (1/2")~DN150 (6"); wall thickness 2.0-4.0mm; length 6m/9m/12m (customizable).

Round Galvanized Pipe

Square/rectangular galvanized steel pipes are hollow, formed via cold bending or welding, with a zinc layer (hot-dip/electro-galvanizing) for corrosion resistance. They have square/rectangular cross-sections, widely used in building structures, machinery, furniture, vehicle manufacturing, etc.

Types include Q195/Q235B/Q345B galvanized square, hot-dip/cold-dip/welded galvanized square, 2.5×2.5 galvanized square tube.
