Welded Wire Mesh Panel
Welded wire mesh panel also called welded wire fabric is a steel reinforcement material in concrete. The mesh is used for replacing the traditional "cut & bend" and placing of steel thermo-mechanical treated bars. The mesh is an electric fusion welded prefabricated reinforcement consisting of a series of parallel longitudinal wires with accurate spacing welded to cross wires at the required spacing. Machines are used to produce the mesh with precise dimensional control. The product results in considerable savings in time, labour and money.

Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh
Galvanized welded wire mesh can be divided into electrical galvanized welded wire mesh, hot deep galvanized welded wire mesh.
Besides, according different processing methods, there are galvanized before welding wire welded mesh and galvanized after welding welded mesh.
Like electrical galvanized wire welded mesh, hot deep galvanized wire welded mesh, galvanized redrawing wire welded mesh, electrical galvanized(after welding) welded wire mesh, hot deep galvanized(after welding) welded wire mesh.
And Galvanized redrawing welded wire mesh is welding by high quality redrawing low carbon steel wire( the material of this kind wire is high quality hot-rolled wire rod. The main processes is Acid washing, galvanizing, and cold-drawing). The surface of this kind mesh is very bright. It is easy to transport and store. And the price is lower than electrical galvanized welded wire mesh. It is popular in the market. The usage of this kind mesh is same as black welded wire mesh.
Electrical galvanized welded mesh has 15g/m2 zinc coating in common. It was used in industrial, building, travel, mine etc.
Hot deep galvanized welded mesh has thicker zinc. The zinc coating is more than 122g/m2. And the quality is better than electrical galvanize. It usually used in external wall thermal insulation system, concrete pouring,poultry farm, oil, chemical, machines and exports etc.
Application:
In construction in the form of reinforcement brick mesh, welded bar gratings or wire mesh sandwich construction. A wire mesh sandwich construction which comprises an array of line wires, an array of cross wires overlying said array of line wires and a barrier material disposed between the array of line wires and the array of cross welded wires. The array of line wires is joined to said array of cross wires at the points of intersection and through the barrier material, thus securing the barrier material between the array of line wires and the array of cross wires.
