PU Fine Polyurethane Vibration Screen Mesh for Efficient Screening
 

It is mainly used for stacking high-frequency vibrating fine screens. The width of the screening surface is 0.08, 0.12, 0.15, 0.18, 0.2mm, etc., and the length is 2.56mm. The overall dimensions are 1045x700/1245x700 and so on. Features: long service life, high screening efficiency, no hole blocking, uniform particle size under the screen, oil resistance, water resistance, light weight, easy installation and other features.
Polyurethane fine screen structure:
The screen is formed by a rectangular frame of supporting rib A, and supporting rib B is transversely arranged in the rectangular frame. Supporting rib A and supporting rib B are connected by cross stiffeners. Polyurethane yarn is arranged in the rectangular frame crossed by stiffeners, and the thickness of the polyurethane yarn is 0.1-2mm. There is a gap between every two polyurethane yarns, and the gap is generally 0.1-3mm. Supporting ribs and stiffeners are coated with nylon rope or glass fiber at a time to increase the strength and toughness
