Knitted Wire Mesh for Gas Liquid Filtration

Knitted wire mesh is a wire mesh woven by special crochet using knitting crochet technology. It is used to produce wire mesh demister, oil-gas separator, air filter, dust filter, gas-liquid automobile seal, shock absorption. Noise reduction, exhaust purification, copper wire, stainless steel wire, nickel alloy wire, polypropylene polyethylene. Wire mesh demisler is a wire mesh block composed of a gas-liquid mixing mesh and a wire mesh gnid. This wire mesh demister can remove liquid foam suspended in the airflow. It is mainly used to separate droplets with a diameter greater than 3mm to 5mm, and is widely used in chemical, petroleum, sulfuric acid, pharmaceutical and environmental protection industries.

Copper Gas Liquid Filter Usages:

(1) Produce of wire mesh demister, mesh mist eliminator, corrosion-resistant filter pad.

(2) Produce of car, tractor air compressor filter

(3) Produce of a variety of gas-liquid separation, gas-water separator, in addition to dust or water

Specifications and feature

1) Knitted wire mesh range: 0.10mm 0.55mm (common wire through is: 0.20mm - 0.25mm) .
2) Hole size: (2 × 3mm) to (4 × 5mm) to the (12 × 6mm) also according to customer requirements on the hole size fine-tuning.
3) The surface condition of the Knitted wire mesh: flat type network surface and pressed into a corrugated bellows-type network
the surface (the width of the corrugations and the depth of different specifications)
